Kinetophone music, composed for Swimbad,
a location theatre show from Tryater, Fryslân.
After composing and recording music for Lift me Up, an audio art installation for Tryater in 2025 that had around 2700 visitors, we were asked to compose the music for a big theatre show, Swimbad (Frysian for Swimming pool). The show is a magic piece about women’s lives, set in a swimming pool in Bakkeveen, Fryslân. You can still buy tickets, the last show is on Saturday the 13th of June. 1 Hour and 15 minutes of magic in a fantastic setting.

We compose and play live music to silent classics, and we record music for films and documentaries.
We are Thomas van den Berg, Sebastiaan Wiering and René Duursma. We’ve played live to some 10 silent classics, short and long, to 2 art films, 1 installation and we recorded soundtracks for several shorts, documentaries and a soundwalk.
